Top floor double room with own bathroom.

The bedroom is a very generous sized double with showering facilities and a separate WC available for your use only. The only other room on the top floor is a spare bedroom (almost never used!), so the floor is pretty much all yours!
You're more than welcome to share the main living/dining room with myself although I can’t promise the best tv channel selection! 😂

The kitchen and utility room (with washer, dryer etc) is shared with myself..

The family bathroom on the first floor is generally unused, with the exception of occasional family visits. You’d be more than welcome to make use of that as well as your own shower/wc.

The garden has just been landscaped and includes a small grass area, new BBQ and outdoor seating.

All normal utility bills and internet are included in the rent.
