Double room (house share) - Crewkerne town centre

Double bedroom available from about mid-August 2024 in Crewkerne (less than 5 minute walk to town centre). Town has plenty of pubs, bars, supermarkets, bus/train links and is within 45 min of Taunton & Dorset coastline. Crewkerne is also within 1hr 15min drive of cities Exeter, Bristol, Bath & Bournemouth.

Street parking is available outside the house overnight, (19:00-08:00). Otherwise, there is reliable free parking approximately 100m away.
It is a 3 bedroom, semi-detached house on hermitage street.

Private room itself is the one in 1st picture. It has a drop down ladder into a spacious loft which you are welcome to use for storage. Bathroom in second picture would be shared by you and Dani.

Facilities include:
Dryer, washer, fridge, freezer, smart photo-printer, TV, Netflix, expresso machine, cooker/oven, parcel box, garden ice-barrel bath.

Applicants must be over 18, with a full-time job. Price is £500pm fixed rent + 33% share of gas and electric bills, (this will cost an estimated £50-75 for a 33% share - I will provide you evidence of these bills every month). Roommates are welcome to have visitors/friends over but not multiple guests at once/parties. Will chat more about this in person. Vegetarians/vegans welcome. No pets allowed. Smokers welcome but no smoking indoors.

It is essential applicants are clean & respectful of the house & neighbours. I don’t impose curfews on areas of the house or anything like that, all I ask in return is that follow the rules and generally treat the place as if it’s your own.

Will:
28 and work in the military. Live on base in Taunton most of the working week & get deployed overseas from time-to-time so may spend long periods away. Interests are football, athletics, festivals, coffee and vapes.

Dani:
23. Work in Bridport Mon-Fri in music production. Interests are music (obvs), bouldering/climbing, gym, travelling and mushrooms.
