The flat has gas central heating and provides ample storage . There is communal parking and a small shared sunny patio area to the front of the property. All bills are included (subject to fair use) super fast broadband has been installed. You will be sharing this flat with one other female so another female would be the current tenants preference. We are looking for a non-smoking, working professional to share this home.

Tenancy can be extended after initial 6 months.
