Wonderful character large house, in beautiful village setting, with large garden 3/4 acre. Cosy house in winter cool in the summer and lazy days in the garden. Good WIFI.

Double aspect room with lovely views of garden, built in computer desk, fridge and microwave for your own use, but kitchen as well. Downstairs toilet and sink next door, shared shower upstairs.

I am easy going, very good sense of humour. There is a snug with a large digital TV which you can use and kitchen with sofa, cooker, TV and table and chairs.

Ideal location to relax, lovely walks, cycling (on the South Somerset Cycle path. Easy access to Yeovil 20 mins, Taunton 25 mins and Crewkerne 5 mins by car. Lots of wonderful walks locally and Ham Hill close by. Beaches at Lyme, Burton Bradstock, West Bay, 35 mins.

Lovely village with local pub and lots going on - but you will need your own car.

Previous lodgers and students have stayed for up to 5 years plus.
