Double Room on edge of Crewkerne

Hi there.
My names Heather and I own a house on the edge of Crewkerne and I rent out 2 bedrooms to help pay my mortgage :)
Currently I live with one house mate, Hannah, and also my boyfriend, Ash, who lives here when he’s not at Uni (currently full time but will just be holidays and weekends when Uni gets back to normal) We are looking for one more person to come join us.

I am 33 and Hannah is 32, so we are looking for a similar aged female to join.
We like to have a drink and some fun nights out (pre covid life) but we aren’t rowdy. We both work full time so mostly evenings are generally pretty chilled. We’re friendly & like a bit of banter, but both also appreciate our quiet time and have our own friend groups.
If you’re in a relationship your partner is welcome to stay up to 2 nights a week if desired.

I have a small dog and two cats so animal lovers are definitely a must for living here, however I don’t want to upset the balance so wouldn’t want more animals coming to join.
I have an unfurnished double room available for £450 a month.
That covers all bills, all you’ll need to buy is food. There’s WiFi (sufficient for working from home under covid guidelines) a dishwasher & washing machine as well as plenty of street parking.
It’s a quiet neighbourhood 10 mins from town and very close to open countryside.

The house is Ideal for access to Yeovil and the A303, has an enclosed rear garden, Spacious living room/dining room and a bathroom shared with Hannah.
The room is currently unfurnished but I could source some furniture if it came down to it.
