Beautiful flat with garden for rent. Part of larger house set in about an acre of garden. The rental area has large lounge with kitchenette, Shower room with toilet and washing machine and separate bedroom with storage. It has a separate entrance through a private garden area. The garden is lawned with fruit trees with a possibility of veg patch. We are really looking for someone who is into their gardening and enjoying the wildlife we encourage. We are up a tree lined driveway so there is off road parking.
The flat is furnished with basics ...bed, settee, washing machine etc There is heating with electric heaters and the cost of this is included in the rent as is hot water.
We have 2 friendly dogs and 12 chickens. We are into growing our own veg and are environmentally conscious.
