Annex for rent

The annex is part of the main property in a seperate building
It consists of a bedroom ,bathroom, lounge and kitchen
It has full central heating
kitchen is equipped with cooker, washing machine and dishwasher
it has patio doors onto the lawn
the property is situated in the rear garden and has parking in the drive
I am looking for someone or couple (a couple will have a increased rent) that respect the property. It has just been re-decorated
