Large double room in pretty cottage, Easton, Wells

Hi - I have a large, furnished sunny double room for a single person in my quiet cottage on the edge of the pretty village of Easton, three miles from Wells and seven miles from Cheddar. Bristol airport is around 30 minutes away.

The room comes with exclusive use of the bathroom next door, which has a walk in shower. There's a TV point in the bedroom which is furnished including a double bed, wardrobe and and two chests of drawers.

Share the rest of the house and garden with me and my two well behaved cats. This includes; sitting room & sun room, dining room and kitchen, downstairs loo, patio and garden.

The house is old but recently renovated so in very good condition inside and cosy with double glazing, solar panels and wood burning stove in the sitting room. (Cost of logs not included in rent.)

This is a quiet and peaceful home, ideal for working professionals. I'm looking for someone easy going, tidy and considerate, sociable but respectful of each other's space.

Utility bills, council tax (band C) and wifi (reasonable usage) are included, and other amenities include GCH, double oven, dishwasher, washing machine etc. The location is very quiet - owls hooting at night, etc. Great location for cycling or walks.

Please note: Living here is tricky without a car. There is a bus which goes from Easton to Wells (it is the Weston-super-mare to Wells route) but it has limited hours. The first bus from Easton to Wells is at 7.97am - but if you miss that, the next bus is 10.27am. The last bus from Wells to Easton is at 17.50.

Parking is on the lane; I'm afraid there is only space for my car on my drive.
