Bright Clean Single Room

Newly decorated single room in modern 3 storey town house on top floor. Room is furnished and includes bed, wardrobe, drawers and smart TV. Bathroom with bath and shower is shared with adult daughter who often works away.

Shared use of kitchen/dinner and garden. This is a no smoking household although will allow smoking in garden. High speed Wi-fi and bills are included.

You will be sharing the house with the owners/landlords and 25 year old daughter in addition to another female lodger and 3 friendly spaniels so you must be an animal lover. All occupants work full time (1 on shift pattern) so it’s rare you will see us all together. I also work mainly from home now.

The house is situated on a modern quiet estate, there is parking on the street and a garage for some storage i. e. Bikes etc. The house is a 10 min walk from Frome town centre and 5 mins from train station.

The room will be ready and available for viewing from 1st May. You can expect a clean, tidy but relaxed and quiet home and from you we expect the same. If you like to meet us and our dogs and see the room please contact me. I will respond to messages after 7pm
