This is a lovely light and airy room in a three storey modern townhouse which is approx 14years old. I have booked a decorator so it will be in lovely relaxing neutral colours. The photos in the advert are the current colours, so will be changing but the room layout will remain the same. The room includes two double wardrobes and a separate dressing area and a ensuite shower room. This is the entire top floor of a three bedroom town house. It has a wall mounted smart Samsung TV. There is high speed broadband. A small fridge freezer , kettle, vaccum cleaner and table with stool and a nice comfy chair and side table for relaxing, so pretty self contained. We are less than 10 minutes to the town centre by foot, 2 minutes to the train station and 10 minutes by foot to Asda. There is a double bed and mattress, bedding and towels are available if required. I am looking for a professional, tidy person to share my home. All the household work full during the week and we all have evening hobbies and activities so we are out a lot of the time. . We are friendly and accommodating, and like to keep a tidy homely house. There is on street parking in a quiet area. My son aged 30 and girlfriend and myself live in the house.
There will be shared use of the kitchen and washing machine and dishwasher. There is a tumble drier which can be used at a small additional cost.
