Lovely bright double bedroom available. Freshly decorated with brand new carpet. In a friendly, chilled flat, in a great, central location at the top of Catherine’s Hill, basically in town. Near to Co-Op, Lotties, The Artisan pub and various take aways. 10 minute walk to the train station.
There are two of us living there already. Both working, chilled, stress free.
I freelance so come and go so looking for someone who’s respectable and honest.
Both friendly and sociable but busy with our own work and lives.
We like to keep the shared areas tidy.
It’s a lovely, quiet flat considering it’s practically in town. It has a garden that catches the sun all day in the summer that is under development at the mo but is being worked on in March/ April. New boiler and bathroom.
