Self Contained Living Space in First Floor of Home

A lovely partially furnished self contained living space within the first floor of my quiet and friendly house. Bills are included and I ask for considerate use. A review of costs maybe required for excess use. Shared access to front entrance, hall, utility space, upstairs kitchen and bathroom. In addition to full use of all electrical appliances such as washing machine and fridge/freezer. Including a small residential car park and street parking in the immediate area.

My house is located in the quiet and pleasant village of Rode just 10 minutes outside of Frome. With a local bus stop just a few minutes walk away with links to Trowbridge, Frome and Bath. Beckington is nearby which has wider access to bus routes.
