Double bedroom available in lovely flat in a great spot at the top of St. Catherine’s hill.
Close to town, pubs, Lotties, take aways, Co-Op etc.
Flat has a new kitchen and a lounge/ diner. Garden is being re done over the winter.
I work in london so come and go and the other flatmate is a teacher. Sometimes she has a dog staying over so looking for someone who doesn’t mind a big friendly boxer dog a couple of nights a week!
Ideally looking for a profession and not someone who works from home.
We both lead busy lives and come and go from the flat so it’s pretty relaxed and quiet at times. Looking for someone easy going, who does their own thing, respectful of shared spaces and clean and tidy. But up for a chat if we are all in.
