The room is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The shower room is equipped to do washing up and store plates etc. There's a large walk in cupboard/wardrobe fitted with shelves and clothes rail. The room is big enough to do yoga/exercise and to have a desk (desk in photos is not included). We share the well equipped modern kitchen diner, there's a south facing garden with patio and off street parking. There is also a garage if you'd like to store a bicycle.
The house is just over a 10 minute walk into the centre of Frome, 5 minute walk to the Co-op on Badcox, half an hour walk to the train station and 5 minute walk to open countryside.
We are a friendly, creative, quiet and tidy household aged 14 and 55. My son lives with me every other week.

Bills and wifi are included (council tax band C) and this is subject to fair and moderate usage. Available 1st July 2025
