Studio Flat, self contained for one person

This is a self contained ground floor studio with loo and shower off the kitchen. I live in the attached house.

The occupant pays for their own electricity which is high in the winter but obviously low in the summer.

It feels like the countryside here, it's quiet and surrounded by own land, yet 20 mins walk from the centre of Frome.
It has parking and would suit someone who is professional or working, over 35, has a car, and who likes the countryside and animals.

I have chickens and a cat and want someone who is happy to feed them occasionally or when I go on holiday which I can't do at the moment. This is a very important condition.

I've been using the unit for airbnb so the pictures will reflect this. Furniture can be moved around.

I would like a six month trial after which we could arrange between ourselves.
The applicant needs to be working full time.
