It's a spacious room with single bed, double sofa bed, coffee table, desk, chair/2chairs, big chest of drawers, small wardrobe, many shelves.

Kitchen, bathroom and downstairs toilet shared. Equipped with typical appliances: washing machine, fridge, microwave, kettle, pots and pans to use.

Living room not shared, but the bedroom is big enough and furnished in such a way that it can be used as private living room.
Access to garden + some space in shed (enough for one bike)

Overlooking our small garden + 2 neighbours' gardens, separated from other houses by very high hedge.

No broadband, as we use our mobile devices, which we can share in emergency, but not on regular basis.

There is no parking space allocated, but enough space at the court to park.

Our expectations: strictly no drugs/alcoholism.
