Pretty room in period property

Hi, l am looking for a friendly relaxed tenant for my fully furnished double room in a period property in the conservation area of Frome. Shops and bars of Badcox area 2 mins walk, and 5 mins to Catherine Hill. 10 mins walk to the centre of town. Parking is available on street nearby or in car park 2 mins walk away. The room is located on the top floor of the property along with another guest room and laundry area. The shower room is mostly exclusively yours but occasionally shared with guests. I am the only other occupant along with my super friendly parsons russell terrier. Short term lets would be considered for negotiated price.
