Single room in loving, busy family house

Hi, this is my spare single room. We have 2 kids, 3 and 10 years old. We're looking for a female lodger to live alongside us and hope to find someone who can be a nice addition to our household. It is a busy, at times noisy house, so our lodger needs to be ok with that. The kids go to their Dad's for a couple of days a week so there is some reprieve.

It is a very basic house but it runs well and is walking distance to town. The perfect lodger will be energy conscious, kind and considerate and go to bed relatively early. We in turn will be kind and considerate and flexible, allowing for cooperation.

I have not put many photos on because the bathroom is currently getting painted and my front room is a mess; full disclosure 😁
