Lovely double room to let in centre of Frome

I'm offering a large, airy double bedroom in a flat on historic Catherine Street, in the centre of Frome. The room is going to be available in early January 2026. It is fully furnished, with a comfortable double bed, a built-in wardrobe, a stand alone small cupboard and desk & chair. You are welcome to share the spacious living room with me as well as the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Broadband and all bills such as Council Tax and utilities are included and I can provide bedding, towels and bed linen if required. There is lots of space in the built-in wardrobe for clothes and storage space for suitcases etc.

The flat is occasionally visited by a dog (he doesn’t enter your room but does hang out in the living room area)

You will be living with me. I am semi-retired, and run my own career coaching business from home. This is a quiet household and I am looking for someone who enjoys a restful and peaceful environment.

I would envisage that we share some basic household items (loo roll, milk, detergent etc. - all to be agreed).

One month's rent and £600 deposit is payable in advance with a 1 month’s notice period. I would also consider a short term let.
