Short term sublet, double room in 2 bed house

Looking for a housemate to sublet a double room for a short term up to 2 months - with a possibility to extend thereafter - in a lovely quiet 2 bed home in cul-de-sac with sunny garden.

The room is partially furnished with a mattress and bedding etc, wardrobe space and a small chest of drawers. The kitchen is small but has all the necessary amenities including a dishwasher.

I am looking for a female housemate as a preference but would consider a male housemate if it was a good fit. LGBTQ+ friendly. I am also ideally looking for someone who works out of the house during the week as I will be working from home mainly and I have a garage for storage and for bikes etc.

I am an artist, energy healer and engineer so I will at times be using the downstairs dining area to work and paint however I am hopefully finding a studio very soon!

I am open to pets particularly cats as I would love one myself at some point :).
