Two rooms available in a quintessential Frome Victorian town house. Both rooms are for the occupant to use. They are on the 2nd floor, one double with wooden slats, one single with carpet. They are unfurnished (see pictures) Rent covers both rooms.
I occupy the room on the middle floor adjacent to the bathroom with the living room being for all.

This is a lovely house situated in a great part of Frome with street parking outside the property and a 5 minute walk into the town centre.

I am a young professional in the music industry and work out of a local studio in Frome. I work full-time between 40-65hrs a week.

I like to keep a tidy house and living space and ideally you do too. I’m easy going, friendly, happy to relax and chat but I also like to do my own thing.

Bills are not included in the rent but they amount to around £200 extra a month (energy, tax, WiFi)
