A large second-floor room available in a large spacious 4-bed house at the edge of Frome (only 3 will be occupied).
LOCATION - It is a 20-min walk to the town centre, and 30-min walk to the train station. There is plenty of parking available on the street here, and a garage for bicycles if needed.
THE ROOM - the images show it not fully furnished - as yet - but has a king-sized bed coming. There is also a cupboard/wardrobe, side table, chair and lamp but these are not fixed if not required. Tenant is very welcome to bring their own furniture too.
COMMON AREAS - are shared. There is a front room, large kitchen with toaster, oven and microwave, and laundry room with washer and heated air dryer.
A cat would be welcome, but not essential.
GARDEN - There is a nice medium-sized garden at the property (images not included as it is currently being landscaped), but this is a shared area.
BILLS - All included, inc. a fortnightly-weekly cleaner of common areas.
WHO LIVES HERE? At the moment two middle aged female professionals live here (the landlady / artist/creative) and a professional person (in academia / teaching) who work from home. We are pretty social, and of the liberal type. The fourth bedroom will remain free to invite friends/family and is available to all housemates for this purpose.
Small pets welcome, ideally a cat but small dogs warmly considered.
