Sunny single for short term or rolling contract

Hello! This is a lovely, bright, calm single room in a beautiful old building in Frome. The room itself is small but there’s a very big living room and separate dining room to share so you’ll have plenty of space and there’ll always be a room to yourself if you need it.

There’s more storage than it looks like in the bedroom because there’s space under the bed as well as the big shelf, clothes rail and little cabinet. There's not much storage elsewhere though so you'll have to travel relatively light.

The building is very close to Victoria park and the cafes and shops of Frome so it’s the perfect location for exploring the town from, and it’s away from the main roads.

I’m Kay, I live in the flat so you’ll be sharing with me. I’m nice ;) I’m looking for someone who likes to have a cup or tea or glass of wine and a catch up when we feel like it, and is happy doing their own thing too, so it’s sociable but also relaxed and you can be private if you want to.

I work away for a 24 hour shift every Thursday plus some other days dotted about throughout the month, and work out of the house every Wednesday day time, so you’re guaranteed some alone time every week. There’s plenty of space to work from home if you like, but it would probably work well if you have a day or two working out of the house so we both have some alone time.

A few notes:
- The time scales are not fixed. It would suit someone looking for a short stay such as a month, while you explore Frome or find somewhere permanent, or a rolling contract where we check in every month and each only need to give one month’s notice to end the stay.
- The price includes a cleaner once a fortnight who can clean your room if you want them to, or not if you don’t.
- It also includes all other bills and council tax.
- I’m open to pets if the pet is cute and likes me ;) and doesn’t annoy the neighbours.
- The living room is glorious.
- I’m not a neat freak and not a total mess, so if you’re somewhere in the middle that would be a good fit :)
- There’s a good shower but no bath, which is tragic.
- There's a small but bright kitchen. Good cooker.
- There's some shared space outside but no private garden. The park is about 30 seconds walk away though.
