Price includes all bills. You would have the entire property (with garden and parking) for 80% of the time. I would only be back ad-hoc weekends from my Masters. A gorgeous cottage less than 10 mins walk from the town centre, with secure drive parking and private walled garden that feels like your own Greek courtyard slice of heaven. All within the stunning conservation area.

All the benefits of cute cottage life but with the perks of modern innovations (the house is a 90's build made to look like the neighbouring 17th century properties). Very efficient boiler and double glazing meaning the house is toasty warm in the winter and blissfully cool in the summer.

Modern bathroom with spacious shower, water efficient toilet and sink. The master bedroom would be yours which looks out to the lush greenery at the back of the house and is lovely and peaceful. The bed is a regular double, victorian style metal frame with a really comfortable high quality mattress. Plenty of floor space for yoga. The room has ample storage with a wardrobe, 2 midcentury chests of drawers and a built-in cupboard with shelving behind a pretty handmade curtain.

The open plan lounge has office area with an electric standing desk and ergonomic chair, perfect for working from home. Under the stairs is an excellent storage space for household cleaning materials and appliances. The garden is accessed directly from the kitchen and has 2 areas, a sheltered wisteria covered nook perfect for morning coffee and croissants, and a wider, larger space perfect for alfresco dining and BBQ's. The garden gate leads directly to the parking space so you never have to remember where you left the car. Ideally I would like someone who wouldn't mind helping care and water the beautiful garden when I am away for extended periods.

The rent includes all bills.

About the landlord: My name is Dani and I am a 33 year old former greetings card designer, who loves all things creative. I am about to be a mature student studying a year-long Art masters at Bath Spa university so I will be living 80% of the time in Bath and only back every other weekend. Most of the time the property will be yours alone.

I am a keen runner, and love to socialise especially in lovely cafes, of which Frome has many delightful options. I also love to sauna and spent the past 8 months working at Frome's very own Wildcat Sauna at Station Approach which was so wonderful and I highly recommend a visit! Combine it with a sexy sourdough pizza from Rye Bakery afterwards and you've got yourself a perfect evening.
