I am looking for a house share with a great room available. I live in, however, work overseas a lot and so it would be sole occupancy for part of the month. The room reflects a contribution to bills and the need to like cats! Looking for a responsible adult who may work in hospitality in the area, or needs to make their first move away from home. A professional who needs to be local would also work well. You will have full house access to this two story 3 bed flat which is in an excellent location for full amenities and social. There is no private parking, however plenty of street parking surrounds the location.
