Looking for a likeminded individual to join a professional female and male and a cat in a comfortably sized 3 bed terraced house within walking distance of the centre of town.

Frome is a very quaint and idyllic town which prides itself on community spirit and supporting local and independent businesses. It has all the necessary amenities for a small town including a leisure centre (plus numerous other gym facilities) and it’s own independent cinema so you can catch most of the latest screenings for just £4 per ticket!

The house is very comfortably furnished, C/H, Wifi broadband and TV. Fully equipped large kitchen, w/machine, f/freezer and microwave. It has a front and rear garden, a downstairs WC and shared shower and bathroom.

Bedroom 1: A small sized single bedroom furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. It also has two shelves to store lighter items.

Bedroom 2: A decent sized double bedroom furnished with a double bed, small wardrobe (additional hanging space in the airing cupboard), and a chest of drawers. It also has two shelves to store lighter items.

The rent for both rooms is inclusive of bills however phone calls from the landline would incur an extra cost (free calls to landlines on weekends).

One month notice from payment date would be required to terminate tenancy however a longer term let would be preferred.

Initial meeting and viewing will be done via video chat.
