Shared use of all facilities including kitchen/dinner, lounge (when free) and enclosed garden. This is a no smoking household although will allow smoking in garden. High speed Wi-fi is also included.

You will be sharing with the owners/landlords and daughter and occasionally granddaughter in addition to 3 friendly spaniels so you must be an animal lover. Occupants are early retired and work form home.

The house is situated on a modern estate, there is parking on the road and garage for some storage. The house is 10mins walk from Frome town centre and 5 mins from train station.
