There is the option of reducing the price by doing a few hrs work, which will be discussed at time of viewing.

You could choose the single room instead at a lower price.

House is in a quiet area, front and back gardens + green space and trees right next to that, very little traffic noise or exhaust fumes to contend with as not on a main road..
Would suit peace loving, non smoking, caring person, with good SOH, in full time employment or education.

We are friendly and love a good laugh, but privacy respected and expected (yours & mine).
It is not a party house.
We eat fish but not meat.
