There is free parking outside the road from the front door and rear offstreet private parking . There is a single and two double bedrooms as well as a kitchen with a living room. Although central the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. I am looking for a
mature responsible ,considerate thoughtful tenant(s) who will maintain it impeccable clean at all times consistently to a high standard looking for a term tenant upto 6months from September Oct to march April ( max 6 months)

and wifi waterr, gas electric ,council tax and cleaning ) with all utilities included the rent is 1300 The rent and deposit would be required in advance in full for the entire term your staying
