Whole top floor and en-suite

Hi, im renting the top floor of my house with en-suite. There is also a modern shared kitchen, living room diner and pretty garden. It's an end of terrace and surrounded by calming nature. You would be sharing with myself, a female, and three beautiful cats, so cat lovers please apply. I'm a teacher so work long hours and am open to reducing the rent if someone wanted to do some extra cleaning as I'm quite busy. As a housemate I get on well with laid-back, sociable people.
