A lovely furnished room in a friendly shared house

This is a nice furnished small double room with two large wardrobes, a large window with views out to the garden. I'm looking for a nice friendly positive person to contribute to the lovely positive happy atmosphere in this house. The large lounge and kitchen, bathroom, toilet and gardens and balcony are all open to residents. We do have some reasonable rules devised by the residents just to make it a tidy happy place for all which I can give you before you commit to residency. All bills except community charge are included. We welcome people to come and have a look round the house and gardens and meet us. I would like the prospective tenant to come and view and will give you a date when you contact me.
