This room is quite small, but perfectly adequate! Fully furnished. Comfy single bed....
Shared bathroom, very bright and clean, with walk in shower and bath.

Well equipped kitchen and utility room, and some storage can be arranged. in garage. There is off road parking for a car, bikes can be stored in garage.

Extremely convenient location - just by Morrisons Supermarket and Wirral Park.

Garden and patio - also summer house ( with power) which to the right person could be a studio? ( Negotiable)

Kitchen is very well equipped, and there are outdoor drying facilities.

There are two very small dogs already in residence so you must love animals - but I'm sorry, no other pets. ( Dogs are not yappy and are very sweet and friendly)

This is a quiet household - with a bent towards the spiritual. Age is not important, but attitude is - friendly , independent and positive woman who is seeking peaceful and uncomplicated life. I will ask for proof that you can pay your rent and I do often take up references.
