• Office – Desk provided; currently I use this space, so future use would have to be agreed with the current tenant.

• Front garden with wildflower patch and off-street parking.
• EV charging point (Type 2) is available – use of this may require ‘bills included’ to be altered.
• Spacious back garden with seating area, table and chairs.

The neighbourhood is quiet and the neighbours are all friendly.

• All bills included: water, gas, electricity, fibre broadband (Wi-Fi), council tax (Band A), contents insurance, service charge, and TV licence.
• No smoking inside the flat.
• The current tenant has requested a female housemate.
