Double room in flat share

I have been doing renovations to a 2 bed flat in Glastonbury - now looking for a flatmate.

Bedroom is approximately 3m x 3m. Provided is a double bed and mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers and the room has a built in wardrobe.

Bathroom is clean and modern shared with just one person.

Kitchen has everything you’d need plus lots of storage space.

Lounge has smart TV and double sofa bed.

Utility has washing machine / tumble dryer.

Front and back garden are a good size - a bit of a work in progress but getting there.

All the neighbours are very friendly.

I work from home about 4 days a week and sometimes will stay at my partners place overnight.

All the essentials are included in the rent: water, electric, gas, contents insurance, fibre broadband (Wi-Fi), council tax (Band A) and TV license.

Just looking for a clean and tidy, easy going flatmate who will treat the place and people with care.
