Sunny double room in central Glastonbury

I have a small double room to rent in my house in Bove Town central Glastonbury. Available NOW.
It’s sunny and bright and has a big sash window looking onto the back garden.
The bed is clearly amazing and sets the tone for the room. The ‘Eve’ mattress is comfy. There is a big cupboard with some limited hanging space.
The house is shared with me, another male lodger and Ambe my dog. I have a 21 year old son who is currently studying for the last year of his degree in Exeter. He will visit as much as I can persuade him to, which probably won’t be too often ! But he will be home for the holidays.

You need to like dogs. The house isn’t vegan or vegetarian although I am happy to arrange a separate fridge if you need that. I don’t mind if you smoke outside but not in the house. I don’t mind if you drink, I do, but I don’t want someone with an unhealthy relationship with alcohol.

The house is set over three storeys. There is an open plan living room/ dining room/ kitchen area. A bathroom on the top floor and a downstairs toilet. The garden remains full of ‘potential’ 😹 The room I am renting is on the middle floor at the back.

I think it would suit someone who has a job where they work outside of the house but I am open to discuss whatever your personal circumstances are. I am usually busy and don’t keep particularly regular hours so in truth I am not massively into communal cooking. Although I am not against it.
I also don’t want a party house so if that’s your thing then I don’t think the room is for you. I am looking for someone to rent the room on a long term basis ideally but we can have a trial period.

PLEASE NOTE : water, electricity and gas bills are not included in the rent and you will be responsible for 1/4 of the bills per month which obviously varies seasonally which is why I think it’s the fairest way to do it. Council tax and wifi are included.
