Beautiful Period Cottage on the foothills of Tor

Beautiful 2 bedroom period cottage built into the foothills of Glastonbury Tor, the next building up from Chalice Well on the A361 out of town. 2 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully furnished.

The cottage has a working fireplace, smoke alarms, and a very small courtyard at the back but no garden. There are views over Chalice Orchard from the back bedroom which you can access to the side of the property. It's a very beautiful orchard.

Please note that the cottage is on the main road into Glastonbury, the sounds of which can be heard during business hours. There is double glazing and I may also install acoustic curtains soon to limit this. It hasn't seemed to bother airbnb guests so far, but if you are sensitive to noise, it is worth noting.

This will be a 6 month let from October. We will need proof of income and someone in employment (also needs to be proved). We will sign a tenancy agreement from HMRC.
