Room in quiet house near town centre

A large double room is available for rent in a Victorian cottage in a quiet and desirable part of town. Fully furnished with double bed (including high quality mattress), large wardrobe, two chests, bookshelf and a desk and chair.
The cottage is two minutes’ walk from the top of the High Street. Parking is close by, although not immediately outside the house.
I no longer live in the house, although I visit regularly to care for the garden and undertake any maintenence. The lodger therefore has the use of the shared faciltites in the house to themselves most of the time.
Facilities include use of the kitchen, sitting room with TV, dining/living room, bathroom (with bath and shower) and a pretty south facing private garden. There is gas CH and a woodburner in the living room. The lodger is responsible for gas and electricity, but all other bills (Council Tax, water, TV licence and Wifi) are included in the rent.
I am looking for an eco-conscious non-smoking professional, who is in full-time employment. The room is initially available until next April and may be for longer by arrangement.
