Large Flat In Glastonbury With Views Of The Tor

I am looking for one, preferable two new flatmate(s).

Both available rooms are large doubles, both with views of Glastonbury Tor - one had access to a large patio/veranda - which is a constant project - but nice for BBQs and stuff in the summer.

I am the Landlord's custodian/main tenant.

The term is 3 months after which you can renew your tenancy for a further 3 months if you choose.

The place is my home and all I ask is that it is kept clean and tidy (within reason) and that the people/person I live with are honest and sincere. I work a lot and very hard so I like coming home to a friendly amiable atmosphere.

I live with two white cats which I have inherited and have become quite fond of, so I might ask that if I am away for work my flatmates could feed them. I sometimes go away for one or two evenings a month.

Though, feeding the cats is not crucial, because my landlord usually does this for me.

All bills are included with your £600pm.
