It includes full oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster, as well as washing machine, fridge and freezer. (Although this room isn't shared it is also the laundry room so access and use is required by the owners)

The property is ideal for a single, professional, although couples would be considered. Sorry, but no pets. Rent including bills is £875 per calendar month for a single person, £995 for a couple.
