The main room is over 20 sq metres and has a great quality, comfortable sofa and double bed, as well as desk, wardrobe, drawers etc. The Shower room, toilet and kitchen is accessed from a separate door next to the main room. It includes full oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster, as well as washing machine, fridge and freezer. (Although this room isn't shared it is also the laundry room so access and use is required by the owners)

The property is ideal for a single, professional, although couples would be considered. Sorry, but no pets. Rent including bills is £195 per week for a single person, £220 for a couple. We're looking for someone who is quiet and clean and tidy who is looking for a nice place to call home.

Own transport is essential and parking is included for one vehicle.
