Own fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave and dishwasher. (Although this room isn't shared with any other lodgers it is also the laundry room so access and use is required by the owners)

Rent £100 per week. Bills £25 per week inc SkyTV and WIFI. We're looking for someone who is quiet and clean and tidy.

Less than 10 minute walk to village shop and cafe and The Globe pub due to reopen in a month or two. Own transport essential. 10 mins drive to Wellington, 15 mins to Tiverton, 20 mins to Taunton. Parking included for one vehicle.
