There is a small kitchen. Large living room/dinning room. There is bathroom with bath and over bath shower.
Exelent location for commuter (Hinkley Point)
Only 5 min to J22. and train station. There is Hinkley Point bus going through Highbridge (only few min walk). ASDA is located only few min walk. Costa Coffee and ALDI only couple min drive.
Very quite neighbourhood. Also, free (off road parking).
Ideal tenant
A full time working professional (no remote working) who is clean, tidy and respectful. No guests allowed.
