I have uploaded pictures of two rooms. You can choose between them which one you'd prefer to stay in. I am not planning on renting out the other room after you've chosen the one you like.
The property is an upstairs maisonette, very unique layout.
You can have the bed that's already in one but I've listed it as unfurnished as that's all that's available. I would be happy to help you move whatever you need in.
One room comes with a built in closet. However, it's very low down so best used for storage.
The place is massive and there are more rooms so if you do require additional storage space, this will not be an issue.
Shared bathroom and kitchen.
Two minute walk to the train station. Plenty of shops and takeaways within walking distance.
I do love animals however, I wouldn't allow certain pets to stay. Long haired dogs and cats especially. If you have smaller pets then let me know and we can figure something out.
Main cons of living here is that unfortunately, the oven is out of action! I do not have the funds to get it fixed at this moment in time. Parking can be an issue as well, please message me and I'll send you info on where you can park.
