4 weekly rolling contract, im moving this year.

Double room available in Holcombe.

I live here with my very friendly dog and looking for a new housemate!

Room will be furnished and all other facilities are shared.

I'll be re furnishing the room to include: bed, single wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, additional storage.

The area is a quiet location with beautiful walks a few minutes in each direction. Public transport is limited so a car would be desirable.

I work in Bristol Monday - Friday so the house will be empty if you need space for working from home.

I'm a bubbly female of 31, lived around Bath all my life. I'm looking for someone who is clean, tidy and friendly.

The shared time is completely optional, happy to socialise but not bothered if you want your own space.
