Double bedroom in large period house.

Please don't ask if the room is available if it is still advertised I haven't concluded my search. Also if you have no profile please provide me with some details and current situation. I'm unlikely to reply without this or to requests on behalf of third parties.

Thank you for reading. The room is a double bedroom in a large period property over 3 floors and 10 rooms. The Room is 12x12'. There is plenty of storage with a double bed/desk/bookshelves/2 fitted wardrobes and other storage space. There is a bright clean bathroom, large shared kitchen/diner, utility room and living room. The occupant is welcome to use the garden and other facilities of the house. There's no off road parking but this isn't usually a problem. Local and national buses stop nearby and shops restaurants and pubs are very close.

Primarily I am looking for a quiet reponsible person who is independent as I am away with my work a lot. Previous occupants have stayed for a long time although I may consider mid week and shorter stays as its handy for weekday and contract work in the area. The room is not suitable for pets, overnight stays of children, e-bikes, couples (although occasional guests are welcome with notice). If you do not have a profile here for me to read kindly tell me something about yourself and your current situation before asking me to contact you and discuss - I'm very unlikely to reply without. .
