Description

The rooms are in a 4 bedroom house. The loft space has an en-suite & small lounge along with a private bedroom sectioned off in the loft. This is a large double with plenty of space and storage. Furniture including the double bed, two chest of drawers, clothes hanging area and an office desk all comfortably fit into the bedroom (Plenty of storage space under the bed also)
o The loft en-suite provides a shower unit, sink and toilet and lounge area offers a sofa bed, TV and shelves.
o All areas offer enough space to have your own privacy and relax after work or over the weekend.
o The Double bedroom is located on the first floor which currently has a trundle bed desk and drawers. This is next to the bathroom, it is technically shared but everyone has their own toilet and shower in the house, so no need to share unless someone specifically wants a bath.

----SHARED AREAS----
o Shared property areas offer a good sized shared kitchen, dinning room table with electric cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher. We will provide your own cupboard storage and fridge / freezer space..
o Utility is equipped with sink, dryer and washing machine.
o There is also a private garden, BBQ, table and chairs. The front garden offers two benches and a table positioned perfectly in the sunshine should you wish to have privacy outdoors. We have recently planted some shrubs and bushes which will provide some additional privacy in the front. This is a perfect way to meet the neighbors, as we live in a quiet cul-de-sac.
o There is parking available on the road outside the house. This is usually unoccupied but not specific for the house. As above, it is a quiet area and far enough away from town to have plenty of parking spaces.
o We do have a garage and would be happy to store some smaller items however this is currently a workshop and needs to be free from obstructions.
o lounge is a large sized space with recliner sofas and access to garden and utility. There's a large TV loaded with netflix, amazon prime as is the TV in the loft lounge.

----LOCAL AREA----
o Within walking distance of local shops, including Tesco and Co-op.
o Close by also, is the Ilminster playing fields overlooked by Herne hill that offers plenty of areas to explore, multiple nature walks and a bicycle trail to Chard.
o The local gym is a 2 min drive MAWFIT.

----HOUSEHOLD----
o We have two well-behaved dogs! Both are small /medium non-shedding breeds (Cockerpoos) we are not looking to accommodate another dog.
o Currently there is myself and my husband, along with the two dogs. We are looking for a professional person who can fit in well with the current household.
o The room has been occupied for the last two years by our lodger who moved with us into this property. We feel we are very laid back and easy to live with, clean and adaptable, we're happy to discuss anything you may need.
o I'm a wedding photographer of 15 years. My husband is a builder and landscaper for 15 (hence the garage space requirements)
o We do not like loud music, no loud parties, prefer a quieter lifestyle but do have children and family around frequently.
o The loft space sofa-bed can be used for visitors but always at our discretion

----CHILDREN----
o Although we do not have children of our own we are registered Foster carers, full enhanced DBS checked by the local authority.
o Both myself & Ryan are first aid trained.
o We can not accommodate children permanently but can accommodate 'sleep overs' on set days for the right person.

*Must be happy around dogs
