Double room with private bathroom

Hello,

I am looking for a flatmate and co-tenant contract for a town house in Ilminster. It’s a decent house with 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 single room (which can be used as an office if needed), a back garden and a garage.
The kitchen is really well designed with all the necessary amenities and the living room is a decent size.
Every room is furnished except for the available bedroom. There is a king size bed frame which can be used or I arrange to have it furnished if needed. The bathroom is meant to be updated within the month with a brand new shower ✨ The room also has a wardrobe fitted.

It is a really lovely town house close to the bus station and an easy walk way to go to the center of Ilminster just behind.
Washing machine and dishwasher included.

Bills to share together which are around 160£ per person/month
