We're offering a double bedroom with it's own ensuite and lounge area, all private in the loft. We're central to Yeovil and Taunton Hospitals about 25 mins to each. Just a short walk to local high street and Tesco superstore. There's a gym in town about 15min walk, local parks and countryside cycle paths close by.

The location is a quiet cul-de-sac on the higher level of Ilminster, so we have the views! Parking available on the road & private gardens front and back.

P L E A S E N O T E
We have two dogs, small cockerpoos. Very friendly and will greet you at the door. We also offer fostering for young vulnerable children who may stay time to time. You will be subject to a DBS from the local authority should you wish to stay but at no extra cost. Unfortunately we can't accept pets.

W H A T W E ' R E L O O K I N G F O R
We have lots of experience living with different people but we're keen to focus on professionals. It's important that we can all live side by side happily, and we're happy to adapt. We offer a calm and secure environment for children that need a safe place and hoping to find someone who is as adaptable as we are.

A B O U T T H E H O U S E
We have a good sized lounge on the ground floor. The kitchen is open for all to use, plus we have a separate utility space making it easy to do laundry whenever it's needed.

The kitchen is large enough to enjoy a meal at the table or in your own lounge space within the room.

We have a paved enclosed garden, the conservatory and lounge space which you're free to enjoy.

This is a 4 bed house with three bathrooms. The family bathroom has a full sized bath available to use should you like to, there is also a toilet downstairs and plenty of storage for supplies.
