I have a double room to rent in a character property on East Street. I am a live in owner looking for a quiet & tidy, professional female to rent my spare room. I will consider Monday-Friday or full time lets. I have a cat and a dog (Labrador), both are very friendly. Sorry, but no pet owners or smokers.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and there is room for a wardrobe/hanging rail and small chest of drawers.
The house has all the usual amenities;
Kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher.
Unlimited Infinity broadband throughout house, Sky TV in living room.
Bath and separate walk in shower in upstairs bathroom.
Garden to rear of property and locked area for bikes etc.
On street parking.
Shops are a 1 minute walk away.
