Large Single Room With Sole Use Bathroom

Single room with wardrobe, large single bed and work table and chair. A kettle is provided in the room but the large kitchen is available for your use. There is a sole use bathroom next to the room. The lounge is shared and the garden is a work in progress but also available for use.
I am looking for somebody who is clean and tidy and friendly
There is a parking space just off from the property.
I would prefer a Monday to Friday let but would be happy with Sunday to Friday or other combinations of a 4-5 night let or a short-term let.
I have a small beagle nine-month-old puppy but would be happy with another friendly well-behaved dog.
