I am looking for a lodger for my spare bedroom in my home in Keynsham!

I have an en-suite in my bedroom so the main bathroom would be all yours! The property also has a home office and I split my time between working from home and the office so happy to share the home office and work it around our schedules if you wanted to work from home some of the time!

The property was renovated top to bottom when I purchased it just over 3 years ago. It is situated on a quiet estate next to a park in a friendly close. Parking outside the property is also available. The high street and train station are walking distance with easy access to Bath and Bristol city centres.

The rent includes all bills including internet, council tax, Netflix, Amazon, Disney etc. The property also benefits from a cleaner who comes twice a month.

IMPORTANT - I have a cat and a dog so if you are interested in the room it would suit someone who would enjoy living with pets, they are both very friendly, sociable and well behaved!
