I am a live-in landlord however, I spend most of my time on the south coast. I expect to be in the property c. 2 nights a week on average when I'm in the area visiting family. This means the tenants will get the exclusive use of the property for the vast majority o the time.

The property is currently being renovated (hence no pictures yet) but should be finished by 10/08 to a clean and modern specification. I'm looking to gauge interest at the moment with pictures and a full ad to follow.

Rooms will include a new bed and mattress, bedside tables, desk, chest of drawers and TV.

Shared kitchen/lounge area and a main bathroom.

15-minute walk from the train station (6 minutes to Bristol Temple Meads). Bus routes to Bristol and Bath.
